What it does

Smart Money reads the market as a chain of swing highs and lows. A Break of Structure, closing beyond the latest swing in the trend direction, confirms the trend is intact. This version confirms it further: the swing sequence must already be trending, the break candle must be decisive, and price must hold beyond the level with momentum.

How it works

  1. 1Map fractal swing highs and lows (drawn on the chart).
  2. 2Confirm 1: the sequence is trending (HH/HL or LH/LL). Confirm 2: a close breaks the latest swing.
  3. 3Confirm 3: the break candle is strong (body >50% of range). Confirm 4: price holds beyond the level.
  4. 4Confirm 5: close-over-close momentum agrees.
