Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks and foreign exchange carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all invested capital. LazyChart outputs are mechanical evaluations of published technical rules applied to public market data. They are not predictions, not personalized recommendations, and not a substitute for professional financial advice.

Past performance of any rule, including the signal-history replays shown in the product, is not indicative of future results. Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong; exchanges rate-limit and go down. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

LazyChart provides informational software on a subscription basis. You agree that:

• All trading decisions and their outcomes are entirely your own responsibility.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• You won't scrape, resell or redistribute signals or market data delivered through the product.
• Bots purchased in the marketplace are licensed for your personal use only, reselling, relisting or redistributing them is prohibited and enforced.
• Marketplace sellers grant LazyChart the right to display their listing and receive 80% of each sale (LazyChart retains a 20% commission).
• Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
• We may update strategies and features; material changes to these terms will be announced in advance.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged, there is nothing to refund and no reason to contact us.

• First payment, 14-day money-back guarantee.If LazyChart isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.
• Cancel anytime.Cancelling stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. We don't pro-rate part-months.
• Forgotten renewals.If a renewal charges you within the last 7 days and you haven't used the product since, tell us and we'll refund it. We would rather return the money than keep a subscription nobody wants.
• Marketplace botsare refundable within 14 days of purchase unless the bot has been downloaded, since a downloaded file can't be returned.
• Duplicate or failed charges are always refunded in full, at any time.

To request a refund, email support@lazychart.com from the address on your account. We reply within 2 business days and send approved refunds back to the original payment method, where they usually clear in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing here removes rights you have under your local consumer law.

• Preferences (theme, defaults, pinned strategy, data key) are stored in your browser's localStorage, not on our servers.
• The AI builder sends your prompt plus an anonymous indicator snapshot to our server and on to a third-party AI provider to generate the answer; we apply a daily per-visitor limit keyed by IP and a random browser id.
• Market data requests go directly from your browser to Binance and Twelve Data, their privacy policies apply to those requests.
• We don't sell personal data. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers, we only ever see a subscription status.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your choices, so they are always on. We also use Google Analytics to understand which pages get used, and that sets its own cookies.

Analytics is not loaded at all until you accept it.The banner on your first visit is a genuine choice, declining leaves nothing running, and if you accept and later decline we delete the analytics cookies already on your device rather than simply stopping the script. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.

We never publish fake testimonials, invented member counts or fabricated win rates. The only performance numbers in the product are honest replays computed from the same public candles you can verify yourself, losses included.
