What it does

Before a violent move, the last opposite-colour candle often marks where an institution loaded its position, an order block. When price returns, that player tends to defend it. This version confirms: a real displacement (>1.5 ATR) created the block, price returns into the zone, the block is still valid, and a reaction candle prints.

How it works

  1. 1Find displacement candles (body >1.5× ATR) and mark the origin block (drawn as a zone).
  2. 2Confirm 1: displacement detected. Confirm 2: a valid block is marked. Confirm 3: price returned into it.
  3. 3Confirm 4: the block hasn't been invalidated. Confirm 5: a reaction candle prints.
  4. 4Three-plus checks required.
